This KB provides guidance on resolving instances where clients report that the Auto-Close option is available to users in Alessa.
Steps to Resolve:
1.Navigate to Workflow Settings:

- Go to Configure >> Process Management >> Workflows.
2. Locate the Relevant Workflow:
- Identify the workflow associated with the result set in question.
- For example, if the issue pertains to "Transaction Master," locate and select the corresponding workflow.
3. Edit the Auto-Close Option:
- Click on Edit for the Auto-Close step in the workflow.
4. Modify Roles for Auto-Close:

- A popup window will appear.
- Navigate to the Manual section, deselect the roles listed, and then click Save.
This will remove the Auto-Close option for the specified roles.
Note: Ensure you save the changes and test the configuration to confirm the issue is resolved.
